Today I wanted to share what Laura has to say about her experience at Delta Life and how Strength Training has increased her bone density and moved her out of Osteoporosis.
"Back in 2021 I was recovering from Shoulder Surgery and needed a PT to rehab and get my strength back. I was also in full Osteoperosis and needed to start building muscle to protect my bones.
I got a flyer in the mail for Delta Life and Signed up within a week. The coaches were there to guide me during the exercises and correct me when needed. Eventually I was no longer in osteoperosis and moved back into osteopenia!! This is huge for postmenopausal women like me!
WOO HOO! I am no longer a “severe fall risk”.
Over the last 2 years i have loved being a part of this community of women supporting and encouraging each other to get stronger, eat healthier and stay committed to our overall well being as we age gracefully!
The workouts are geared towards whatever level of strength and ability you are at. The coaches will keep you motivated and you will meet friends who share your fitness goals! I am stronger than ever and am so grateful I found Delta life! "
