Pumpkin Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 3/433/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond or cashew butter
  • 1/4 pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together
  • Once combined, use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop and form the dough into 12 balls
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months
