Protein Packed Blended Oatmeal

Ingredients

Base

  • 1/3 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch Of Salt

Pick your flavor

Chocolate Peanut Butter:
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder (blend with base)
  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter (blend with base)
  • 1 tsp Chocolate Chips (fold in after blended)
Chocolate Raspberry:
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder (blend with base)
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries (fold in after blended)
  • 1 tsp Dark Chocolate Chips (fold in after blended)
Blueberry:
  • 1 scoop Plain or Vanilla Protein Powder(blend with base)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (blend with base)
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries (fold in after blended)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all base ingredients and collagen protein in a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or fruit.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
