Before finding us, what was your struggle? What were your biggest frustrations?
I had been dealing with intense knee pain for years. When the doctor suggested a knee replacement and my insurance denied it, I realized it was time to prioritize my health. In the past, I either trained rigorously or did nothing. I was frustrated that I couldn't do activities I loved and felt unhappy with myself. More importantly, I wanted to be a better role model for my kids.
